The installation of cast iron doors is very simple. Only when the framework is set, horizontally and vertically centered, and fixed in the reserved slot, can the formwork be poured and well supported. When placing the pouring gate into the pouring gate frame after setting the concrete, the installation will be completed.

The installation of steel gates is quite complex. Firstly, it is necessary to check whether the guide rails of the bracket slots are bent or deformed, and to organize them accordingly; Secondly, set control points and elevation points in the reserved door slot to adjust the position of the door slot; Secondly, the bolts embedded in the first level concrete of the sprue groove are gradually corrected from bottom to top; The bolts embedded in the concrete of the gate slot are installed in the order of pressing the bottom plate, main wheel guide rail, reverse wheel guide rail, top water seal, and adjustment. The installation and adjustment process is cumbersome and requires high precision.

If the steel of the guide rail is large, attention should be paid to it during processing and transportation to minimize the deformation of the guide rail. It can also avoid bolts embedded in the door slot, and the guide rail can be installed and adjusted by directly welding it to the rod exposed in the door slot.

Then execute the door component. Xiaomen is usually assembled in the factory and then transported to the site. They are assembled and adjusted in the order of the main wheel, rear wheel, reverse wheel, water seal, and lifting lug. This process is more complex and accurate.

The gate is suspended. When lifting, wooden bars, pry bars, or articulated trucks should be used to move the assembled door panels near the door slot. After the trial lifting, it should be officially lifted. When hoisting, the rope at the lower end of the door leaf should be tied with an articulated truck or manually to avoid horizontal movement of the bottom of the gate and damage to the water seal at the bottom of the gate. After lifting the door slot, check if there are any obstacles during the lifting process, or readjust or complete the installation work.
